With the emergence of COVID-19 we want to update you on how we here at NCO are managing the developments.
As our clinic is temporarily closed, we are now offering telehealth video appointments.
Please be reassured the safety of our patients and our team is our number one priority.
We are monitoring closely the Coronavirus (COVID – 19) outbreak and have put a number of measures in place to maintain safety.
What we have done
We continue to have hand sanitisers placed throughout the clinic and have increased the frequency of cleaning and wiping all touch surfaces.
As always, there are washroom facilities with single use hand towels for drying.
We have made subtle but important updates to in-room hygiene as well. All linen used in room is single use.
What you can do
As recommended by the Victorian Government Health Department, we would ask you to follow these simple rules to minimise the chance of spread of the virus.
If you have a fever, cough or flu like symptoms and/or have been overseas or been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to Coronavirus in the past 2 weeks please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment.
Upon entry to our clinic, please use the hand sanitiser provided at reception.
Please Note: No cancellation fees apply to any person calling to cancel due to illness.
