Jen brings great experience, passion for her work and humour to the team here at NCO. She expertly combines a full range of hands-on techniques like deep tissue massage & manipulation, with skills in the gentler balancing techniques – all tailored to the best approach for the individual. Her Pilates training enables her manage her patients not just with lifestyle tips but with great exercise prescription.
With a background in Dance, and a dual degree in Clinical Science and Osteopathy, Jen brings to the clinic a first-hand understanding of how enhanced mobility and correct movement patterns can improve quality of life. With a keen interest in health and fitness – and a further qualification as a Pilates instructor – Jen joined the practice in 2006. Jen aims to help patients understand how daily lifestyle behaviours can contribute to their complaints and is passionate about empowering them to achieve their health goals. Jen now brings the experience of being a mum – insights that help her treat other women pre and post pregnancy.
