Alice has worked in clinics across Melbourne and London in her years as an Osteopath. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients , including weekend warriors to elite athletes, office workers, school kids and the elderly. She has a special interest in helping women during and after pregnancy. As well as managing jaw pain and headaches and treating spinal issues. Alice has developed a passion for running injuries, having worked with many of London’s running clubs, as well as those new to the sport.
Alice completed a Masters Degree in Osteopathy at Victoria University. She uses a variety of osteopathic techniques including deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, spinal joint manipulation to get the best results for each patient. She has also done post-graduate training in dry needling.
Alice believes that manual treatment for symptomatic relief, in conjunction with education, self-management and rehabilitation can be key to getting each patient back on track.
Living locally, you might see her strolling the streets with a chatterbox baby and Border Collie in tow.
When away from the local area, Alice likes to be down by the surf coast and hiking anywhere with a view.
